Terms & Conditions


In the terms and conditions below the use of "us/we/our" refers to pure Cricket (hereafter referred to as "pure Cricket “) and a reference to "you" is as the parent/carer of the child participating in pure Cricket classes.

 

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. They shall be deemed to have been accepted by you once the box is ticked during the online booking process and confirmation of the payment of Fees and/or Subscriptions has been received by us.

 

Terms and Conditions

 

Full Term Payment: Term Fees or Subscription payments shall be settled in full amount and payable even during school holidays. For cash payments, the full amount shall be made in advance, and take note that this is non-refundable or transferable. Please note that full-term fees do not cover camps and special events. Otherwise, when a participant joins during mid-term, the full-term fees will be different and calculated accordingly. 

 

Monthly Installment:  Payments are directly debited from your credit/debit card on the 1st day of every month. We will contact you in case our system does not receive your monthly payment three days later. Thereafter, 5 days of the unsuccessful attempt to contact you, remember that the insurance of your child is void unless payment is received. £15 admin fee will be charged.

Active Membership: Our online booking system automatically rebooks an active member for the next term, who settles the full-term fees, whether cash or installment plan and has no financial obligation during the term. You will receive a booking confirmation with the details of the term dates, time, and venue. Otherwise, your request for the termination of membership.

 

Cancellation of Membership: Anyone who wishes to terminate membership shall send via e-mail a one-term early notice to admin@purecricket.co.uk. Upon termination, the requester shall give us two months notice so we can request our admin team to stop the dd after next two payments taken .

 

If the term payment is fully settled, this is non-refundable or transferrable. The amount of £150 is charged for early cancellation if you request the cancellation before three months from the date the class start. 

 

 

When payment is not received after several correspondences or the full-term balance remains unpaid, we have the right to automatically cancel the membership. However, the automatic cancellation does not mean disregarding your financial obligation. The amount you are obliged to pay needs to be settled immediately to close the issue and avoid proceedings to legal actions. 

 

Setup Fees / Provision of Membership

A mandatory £50.00 Fee is charged for all.

Weekly Classes

Our weekly classes last for 60 to 120 minutes and are held during term times throughout the year. We operate ttwo terms a year, usually between 8 to 20 weeks long,and send out our term dates in advance of each new term.

 

Changing Classes: Times and Venues

Advance notice will be given when a change of time and venue can’t be avoided on necessary occasions, such as the venue has closed; or the number of participants is insufficient. Before this, you will be offered alternative options but additional expenses will not be covered.

 

Adverse Weather

In the incident of inclement weather and the coach can attend the session, the class will not be suspended. However, a catch-up class can only be organized if the venue is shut or the coach is unable to attend. Whilst we made every effort to accommodate in indoor , should you choose to miss the class in this condition, credits will not be issued, nor alternative classes are pre-arranged

 

Summer Camps / Special Events

 

All Terms and Conditions apply to our Summer Camps and Special Events, however, and additionally, please be aware of the following:

 

• We made every effort to contact every member before the cancellation or postponement of the event. Communication via telephone, text, email or,Social media is done to successfully reach everyone. Before such cancellations, backup and alternative options are advised. Please remember that refunds will not be made for re-scheduled events or in case you missed it.

 

• 

Trials

One-off trial classes can occasionally be booked (subject to availability) via our website. Following your trial session, you will receive an invitation (via email) asking whether you would like to accept or decline the place in the class. You shall confirm within 48 hours or the slot will not be specifically reserved for you. 

 

Attendance

Should there be any class missed, credits will not be issued, nor alternative classes be pre-arranged. As well, should you transfer your child to another class, we are in no obligation to make any refund either your child falls ill or for any other reason.

 

Coaches

Coaches are assigned for every class. However, we have the right to modify the duty of our coaching staff when deemed necessary without prior notice. All lead pure Cricket coaches will usually be ICC Level 3 ECB Level 3 or 2 (UKCC2). Assistant coaches will usually be ECB Level 1 (UKCC1). Occasionally, there may be trainee coaches observing or participating in the classes. This is part of our ongoing training program.

 

Parent/Carer Obligation

Please ensure that information provided to us is kept up to date and valid at all times by checking your Parent Account regularly with Class4Kids (online). To ensure you receive our emails, we recommend that you add class4kids.co.uk and bobby@purecricket.co.uk to your address book and Safe Sender Lists. All responsibility for the child participating in our classes remains solely with you during the session and whilst on the premises. This also relates to general conduct and care. You must remain on-site before and during the session. Please do not attend a class if you or your child is suffering from an illness that could be infectious or contagious and anything similar.

 

Medical Conditions

Please note any medical conditions at the point of entry or inform the office of any medical conditions that become apparent. This includes any behavioraldisorders. All information will be kept strictly confidential.

 

Data Protection

All data provided will be collected and held following the rules and regulations of the Data Protection laws. By providing your details, you agree to the holding of this data to run successful Pure Cricket classes.

 

Health and Safety

The health and safety of you, your child, and our coaches are paramount. Please ensure that all rules of the venue and the sessions are adhered to at all times.

 

Confidentiality

The content of our classes is proprietary and has been carefully designed to augment children's confidence through fun, encouragement and by creating stimulating environments which complement the development of (KS1) fundamental movement skills including throwing, catching, jumping, striking, running, agility, balance, and coordination. You must not divulge anything to a company or third party who may operate in a similar or same activity as Pure Cricket. Any material supplied must not be reproduced in any way either by you or by a third party to whom you are connected.

 

Safeguarding

We are committed to ensuring good safeguarding principles and practice. If you have a question or concern regarding child welfare, please contact the office and ask to speak to our admin team .

 

Video and Photography 

We do not permit video being taken during our classes, nor the reproduction of our classes in any form whatsoever. Whilst we understand you may wish to take photos of your child taking part in a class, we would ask you to please remain sensitive and respectful to the feelings of others. If a parent/carer of another child is not comfortable with photos being taken, please desist immediately. We cannot be held liable for the actions of third parties and this excludes, therefore, any liability arising from a breach of this section by any party.

 

Withdrawal of Service

There is an expectation that all parents and carers of children attending our classes will act appropriately. If there is a feeling that there is too much coaching from the sidelines or unreasonable involvement or interference in the class, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the course with immediate effect. 

 

Limitation of Liability

In the absence of a lack of due diligence, breach of duty,or the proven negligence by our coaches or employees, the participation at sessions by you, your child, and for those that are in your care is done so entirely at your and their own risk. This contract shall be governed by English law.

 

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Pure Cricket reserves the right to make changes or updates to these terms and conditions at any time. If there are changes, we will publish these on our website and/or email you. Whilst you are at liberty to not accept the updated terms and conditions, we would ask that you write to us (via email within 14 days of receipt bobby@purecricket.co.uk notifying us of your non-acceptance. If no written notice of non-acceptance is received, we will be entitled to believe that your agreement with us is as set out in the new terms and conditions.

 

Agreement

I have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions as stated above. I will update you with new contact details or any medical conditions as necessary.

 

 

I understand that by accepting these terms and conditions I will abide by the rules and regulations in respect of health and safety and behavior whilst attending a Pure Cricket class.
